The grand-daddy of all vegetarian restaurants! They are world renowned for both their restaurant and their cookbooks. No vegetarian should miss it if they are traveling through the Finger Lakes. Casa de Pasta - Our vegetarian guests have enjoyed Casa de Pasta in Canandaigua. This is one of the more popular restaurants in the area, and everyone we have sent there raves about their food. Located at the North end of Canandaigua Lake. ~ Robin & Michael Grentus - A Wolfpack Bed 'n Breakfast

The Stone Cat Cafe - on Rt 414 in Hector has an eclectic menu, and always has a vegetarian option. Located on the Southeast side of Seneca Lake. ~ Judy - Barrister's Bed and Breakfast

The Pleasant Valley Inn - just south of Hammondsport on Rt 54 has several vegetarian dishes, but I think the best one is their Artichoke Cakes.  Even those of us who like Crab Cakes can be appeased with this novel dish!  Great selection of other non-vegetarian foods as well as a pretty impressive wine list.  Located at the South end of Keuka Lake. ~ Terry - Keuka Overlook B&B

Aladdin's Natural Eatery - Aladdin's is a nice restaurant that can serve vegetarian and non-vegetarian. The menu has a lot of variety, with a middle eastern theme, and their desserts are terrific! It is located on 100 Dryden Road in Collegetown (on the East hill above Ithaca), with good parking nearby. ~ Burney & Susan Baron Los Gatos Bed & Breakfast
